DPQ Channel Manager

**What you’ll do:**
This position will be responsible for managing the Single Phase (1P) and Three Phase (P3) Business developing a Channel business plan covering sales, revenue, and marketing, meeting agreed targets, and promoting EATON’s Market Share throughout the country.
+ Achieve Sales Revenue Target set by the Power Quality Commercial Organization in Single Phase (1P) and three Phase (3P)
+ Responsible to support overall channel growth, maximizing revenue, profitability and market share. Performance measured based on Distributor and Managed Partner's Sell in and Sell Out.
+ Develop Managed Partners, SI's, including account planning and Consistent Increasing of Significant Project Pipelines with High Hit Rate.
+ Detect Project at an early stage, Analyze customer needs and find solution from our portfolio.
+ Work with End users, Consultants, SI and Contractors to be the preferred brand to use.
+ Drive sales-out with managed partners through partner program, sales/lead generation activities and joint customer visit.
+ Conduct bi-weekly business and sales pipeline review with distributor and partners.
+ Work closely with Distributor Account Manager and Tier 2 Sales Group and PMs to drive sales through Tier 2 Channels
+ Has a very high hit rate of Won Projects with Tier 2 partners. Maintains a very good and fruitful relationship with partners.
+ Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
+ Able to carry out Value Proposition Presentation at the end user site independently.
+ Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 7-10 years experience of on-quota, Retail and Corporate Sales Experience in a related Industry. Has a very high hit rate of Won Projects with Distributors and Tier 2 partners. Maintains a very good and fruitful relationship with partners.
+ Experienced in managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
**Skills:**
+ A history of selling UPS, Data Center Solution, Electrical solution and licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
+ Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
+ History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
+ Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment. With an Entrepreneural Mindset.
+ Teamwork and good communication skills a must
+ Microsoft Office Proficiency
