Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Drafter with strong experience in millwork to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for custom millwork projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD for custom millwork projectsInterpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentationCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure design accuracy and project completionProduce 2D and 3D models to visualize and plan millwork designsEnsure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulationsConduct site visits and measurements to verify project requirementsAssist in the preparation of project documentation and reportsRequirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, specifically in millwork
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp)
Strong understanding of millwork construction methods and materials
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
