Job Description

We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will use CAD systems to design 3D detailed components, create multi-level 3D assemblies, and generate detailed 2D print drawings. They will prepare and review engineering drawings and documentation, process Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet specifications and standards. The Drafter will also contribute to product development and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all drawings and documentation.

This role is 100% onsite, operating in three large production/assembly buildings with a total of 300 employees, including 4-5 in the engineering team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday. The facility primarily handles assembly, coating, inspection, finishing, and shipping/receiving, with manufacturing being outsourced. We offer a family-friendly environment with company parties, food trucks, holiday events, and BBQs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
