Each position is a two-year appointment: + Financial Assistant - Academic Affairs: This position provides support to the Academic Affairs division through financial and administrative management. Responsibilities include budget monitoring, managing faculty compensation processes, assisting with grant-related financial support, and collaborating with various departments including but not limited to HR, Payroll, Budget, and Procurement to ensure efficient resource management. + Program Assistant - Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI): This position provides support to the department by assisting with the planning and facilitation of Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI), Center for Racial Justice and Inclusive Excellence (CRJIE), and Gender and Sexuality Resource Center (GSRC) related events, trainings, and programs. Responsibilities also include designing digital and print materials, collaborating with external partners, supporting CRJIE and GSRC programming, increasing student engagement through creative campaigns, and serving on the Oneonta Equity Coalition and University Counsel on Diversity (UCOD) subcommittee. + SOHLI Engagement Coordinator - Access and Opportunity Programs (AOP): SUNY Oneonta Heritage Language Institute (SOHLI): This position will support the department by recruiting students through campus events, tabling efforts, and outreach to student groups, faculty, and staff. Responsibilities include developing programming for SOHLI students, collaborating with departments to offer workshops, organizing open houses, and assisting with office operations, such as maintaining records, welcoming visitors, and providing support in the absence of the Assistant Director and Graduate Coordinator. Salary for each position is: $49,261. SUNY Oneonta is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer.
