Micron, in Boise, Idaho, has an opening for a Senior DRAM Architect.

As a DRAM Architect, you will be responsible for optimizing DRAM for power, performance, and cost, pioneering new features, analyzing systems, and developing system solutions. You will collaborate with Micron’s global teams to advance our DRAM solutions, ensuring they deliver the best performance, cost-efficiency, power efficiency, quality, reliability, and time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive solutions and tools to optimize DRAM and DRAM system performance and power efficiency.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas, evaluate solution efficiency, and make necessary adjustments.Drive innovation in future memory generations within a dynamic work environment.Communicate complex technical concepts to engineers from various backgrounds.Mentor and develop team members, providing education and training to support the creation of new features and tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Memory design and product engineering, orProven experience in Memory specifications and operations, orProven experience in Memory system architecture and usage3+ years of proven experience in the Memory industry with an MS degree, or 5+ years with a BS degree

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
