SALARY: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

SHIFT: Monday-Friday: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Schedule will flex during high-volume event season.

Evening and weekend work may be required.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Draught Technician, you will analyze opportunities for new draught installs and/or system refreshes, working closely with sales team to identify these opportunities. Draught Technicians are responsible for inspecting and updating beer lines and equipment in licensed accounts. You will troubleshoot draft lines/systems to identify poor pouring or dispensing issues; communicate findings of problems or issues; recommend solutions. You will prepare, organize and execute marketing events and sponsorships from start to finish throughout total market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute sales events including: organization of assets before event, working collectively with the Events Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator on product needs and shipments, set-up and delivery of event equipment and assets, on-site execution & maintenance during event, clean-up, and recapping of event

Communicate with concessionaires and accounts on event needs prior to event

Schedules and maintains all draught equipment. Including cleanliness and maintenance needs

Maintaining all event assets and organization of event asset area

Order signs and banners for events in a timely manner for upcoming events

Work collectively with Events Coordinator for on hand inventory in warehouse to confirm quantities, quality and freshness

Seek out, negotiate, and execute new draught installs. Maintain, troubleshoot and fix retailer draught issues within their territory

Coach & Train the On-Premise sales teams on draught beer system maintenance

Manage all glassware and cup inventories

Manage tap handle inventories to remain at par levels outlined by On Premise DSM and Events Coordinator

Repairs and maintains all POCM and POCM storage areas and communicates to sales team on existing POCM in the warehouse

Fill out draught and event logs monthly and send to Marketing Coordinator

After hours and weekend work may be required

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Work closely with Logistics on executing the Sale Event Process

Adhere to all company safety regulations

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required

Must be at least 21 years of age

Valid driver license; Commercial Drivers License, preferred

Able to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 lbs., as well as hang merchandising material

Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Excellent internal and external customer orientation
