**The Role**
The selected candidate will operate a LAN connected company computer to check-in and checkout construction drawings and supplemental documents to the workforce. The duties and responsibilities include maintaining accurate accountability records of the overall drawing inventory by updating documents and disposing of superseded documents. In addition to establishing and maintaining a uniform filing system, various general office duties are also required (faxing, copying, scanning, filing, phone etc…), as well as, the ability to communicate well both written and verbally. The selected candidate(s) must be able to comprehend and follow work procedures, processes and instructions, able to physically transition to other locations as needed, work independently and must also be able to lift at least 40 lbs. repeatedly in the performance of their duties as needed.
This is a 2nd shift opening with a work schedule from 3:30 pm – 12:00 am. However, each candidate must be able to work any assigned shift or work schedule that aligns with production needs
**Must Have**
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Candidates must be able to:
+ Climb ladders and work at extreme heights.
+ Work in small, tight, or confined spaces.
+ Kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb on a daily basis.
+ Lift heavy objects weighing 40 lbs. or more
+ Work while repeatedly reaching overhead.
+ Work indoors or outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
+ Work in areas with radiation.
+ Work assigned shift as production needs.
+ Take and pass a Physical Agility Test.
**Nice to Have**
High School Graduate or Equivalent is Preferred
Prompt, regular and predictable daily work attendance
The ability to work well with internal/external customers in a professional manner at all times

Strong customer service skills able to communicate and interact with all business levels
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with peers, management and others
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Able to work under pressure and independently
Able to adapt to changing work assignments, environments and locations
Display good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SAP, DDMS, Cypress or ATIS programs
DOD Confidential Security Clearance (Not required to start but required to submit information for DOD consideration for a clearance)
