We look forward to meeting you. **The Role** The selected candidate will operate a LAN connected company computer to check-in and checkout construction drawings and supplemental documents to the workforce. The duties and responsibilities include maintaining accurate accountability records of the overall drawing inventory by updating documents and disposing of superseded documents. In addition to establishing and maintaining a uniform filing system, various general office duties are also required (faxing, copying, scanning, filing, phone etc…), as well as, the ability to communicate well both written and verbally. The selected candidate(s) must be able to comprehend and follow work procedures, processes and instructions, able to physically transition to other locations as needed, work independently and must also be able to lift at least 40 lbs. repeatedly in the performance of their duties as needed. This is a 2nd shift opening with a work schedule from 3:30 pm – 12:00 am.
