Responsibilities:

Repair and service of personal computers.Accurate diagnosis of issues and first-time fix are key to meeting the customers service level.Maintain an organized work area and promote a safe working environment with the Maintenance and Engineering department.Follow set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.Communicate effectively with others to minimize potential downtime of equipment.Follow work orders in achieving productivity.

All other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team to include Supervisors, Leads, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

PC repair experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to perform various physical activities within a fast-paced distribution/manufacturing facility.
