Weeks Marine is headquartered in Cranford, New Jersey, and manages a network of regional offices in Louisiana, Texas, Hawaii, Guam, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.  **Location** This position will be based out of the Gulf Coast region. This position works on an 19/9 rotational schedule and required frequent travel. **Responsibilities** • Implementing the project survey plan specific to field operations. • Responsible for collecting topographic and hydrographic survey data utilizing multiple methods of collection. • Oversee the operation with periodic reviews of record keeping, field procedures and survey audits to ensure that all work is performed in an efficient and professional manner. • Maintain accurate and legible field notes. • Setting and maintenance of control network. • Performing layout **Qualifications** • Must be willing to work a rotational schedule (19 & 9 adjusted as required) 60-70 hours per week, along with weekends. • 3+ years' experience in Construction Survey, Dimensional Control, Industrial Measurement, or a related field is preferred. • Trimble experience is a plus. • Must be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to perform calculations (area, volume, circumference, proportion, percentage) • Dynamic thinker with the desire to lead, motivate and mentor teams • Self-starter with the ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and as a team • Committed to working safe and getting the job done right the first time • Must have reliable transportation \#LI-MO1 Other Requirements: + Regular, reliable attendance + Work productively and meet deadlines timely + Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. + Perform work safely and effectively.
