**Job Title: Drill Superintendent** **Job Description** As a Drilling Superintendent, you will play a significant part in the success of Our Client by directly managing the execution of all drilling field operations (multiple sites where needed). We rely on superintendents to set the highest expectations for their crew(s) for safety, quality, schedule, cost performance, and team development. You will bring your hands-on attitude to work on some of Our Client's most significant and unique projects daily. Excellent communication skills and working well in a team environment are critical to this position. A key requirement is to monitor and help control the attitude of men. Know when our workforce is upset or unhappy. Intervene and help restore a good working attitude for Our Client. Another key is to keep certain information close to your belt to ensure a good working environment. Help keep up with and oversee the maintenance of all the drilling rigs. **Must have at least 5 years' experience in Foundation vertical drilling** .
