General Summary

This is an entry level position responsible for providing assistance to Drill operators on water well drilling projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide assistance to Drill operators on water sourcing projectsOperate and service trucks, backhoes, forklifts, generators, engines, pumps and various other types of equipmentWork as part of a crew but also expected to work without supervision to accomplish task if requiredComplete basic daily paperworkDriving as neededOther duties as requiredQualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experienceMust possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a minimum class B (preferably class A) CDLOutdoor construction or related experience preferredRequires working with equipment that vibrates and to work near moving mechanical partsMust possess adequate mechanical aptitude and basic math skillsAbility and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekendsMust be able to travel and spend 1-2 weeks away from homeMust be able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditionsMust be dependable, reliable, honest, trustworthy and to work for short periods of time without supervisionMust have good verbal and written communication skills in order to interact with employees, customers and vendorsWelding experience a plusMust be able to pass a drug screen and fit for duty physicalComply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environmentAbility and willingness to abide by the Company’s Code of Conduct on a daily basisPhysical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a small hand tools. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
