**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Driller Operators** for projects located in and around the **Nashville, TN area.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to **$42/hour** based plus **$100/day per diem** for Travelers 60+ miles from the job-site. If you are a Driller Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Drilling operations & equipment usage including top-hammer, duplex casing, etc. + Perform drilling approaches & make necessary adjustments to maintain hole quality & production targets + Maintain equipment & working environment that complies with quality & safety standards + Operate, transport, & maintain all drill equipment including performing routine inspections in accordance with specifications + Identify, document, report, & troubleshoot equipment issues + Coordinate repairs as necessary + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements** + Valid DL + HS Diploma or GED Equivalent + Must pass Drug Screen & obtain or hold a health certificate + Ability to lift/carry/move up to 100lbs + Ability to utilize all tools; drills with augers, duplex setups, down-hole hammers, etc. + Flexible + Experience with Casagrande Atlas Copco & TEI Drills Preferred **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
