Join **Danfoss Power Solutions** as a **Project Coordinator for High-Impact Claims** , where you'll play a key role in resolving critical customer issues and driving improvements in our warranty handling processes. **Your Role** In this position, you’ll take charge of managing and resolving technical customer issues related to Danfoss Power Solutions Controls products — including hydraulic components and systems. You'll lead cross-functional teams, ensure efficient and timely claims resolution, and build strong relationships with our customers. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Assemble and lead expert teams to effectively address customer claims + Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Production, and Sales teams to drive fast and effective resolutions + Take ownership of recall and field actions, ensuring smooth, systematic execution + Be a trusted contact for customers — both remotely and on-site + Proactively identify customer needs and collaborate internally to address them + Analyze warranty data and trends to improve processes and prevent recurring issues **Background & Skills** We value diverse experiences and perspectives, and encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single qualification.
