Job Responsibilities:

Support the Colombia operation with the movements with employees. Support with the update of Standard Operating Procedures. Support with the automation of manual work around in ED&SE Operational process. Support the onboarding/offboarding process and the requirements of employees Support with invoices processing Support with Record Retention process

Qualifications:

Students of ; Administration; Accounting; Industrial engineering Fluent in English; Knowledge of MS Office package strong skills in Excel, Access, Visio, and Project, Python is desirable. Proactive, Organized, Focus.
