Job Summary: Horizon Health, the nation’s largest operator of hospital-based behavioral health services in partnership with CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern, NC is seeking a full-time Driver for its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This position is responsible for transporting patients, meals, supplies, equipment, etc. to and from the program.  In addition, the Driver escorts, provides support, monitors activities and attends to patients’ needs while transporting them.  The Driver must be capable of physically assisting patients, managing patient emergencies and working as a member of the patients’ treatment team.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Valid commercial driver’s license. Clean driving record. One year of transporting passengers.
