Aerotek is hiring for Drivers in Williamsport, PA

Job Description

Join our esteemed transportation company, which has been serving travelers and tourists for over a century. We are a modern and well-respected company with a diverse team dedicated to providing high-quality service. We are currently seeking 15 drivers for our State College, PA facility. As a driver, you will operate motorcoach buses on preestablished routes or take groups on tours across the country. This position involves significant travel: 75% day trips, 20% 1-2 day overnights, and 5% trips lasting 4+ days. Per diem and accommodation costs are covered for overnight travel. While a CDL is not required to be offered the job, it must be attained to drive alone, and we will cover the training and certification costs.

ResponsibilitiesOperate motorcoach buses on preestablished routes or tours across the country.Ensure safe and timely transportation of passengers.Provide excellent customer service to passengers.Perform pre-route checks on the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.Adhere to all transportation laws and regulations.Essential SkillsPrevious driving experience.Strong tenure on resume.Customer-focused attitude.Ability to attain a CDL (training and certification costs covered).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in truck driving, bus operation, and traveling.Class A CDL certification is a plus but not required initially.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will spend 90% of your time on the road driving a motorcoach, and 10% in the shop performing pre-route checks. The position requires significant travel, including day trips and overnight stays. Enjoy the flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to see different parts of the country.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00

Chris will cover this area in the interview- Fullington does offer a benefits package to the contractor since they will be on their books day one
