Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Ensure timely and accurate production, leading to on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.Maintain organized records and inventory, improving operational workflows and reducing any potential errors or delays in service.Deliver prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction levels.Ensure smooth coordination of pick-ups, resulting in minimal disruptions and a smooth workflow for both customers and the internal team.Produce accurate reports and maintain records, ensuring that all business documentation is up to date and compliant with internal processes.Identify opportunities for process improvements, leading to more streamlined operations and increased productivity across departments.Driver Assistant Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role (preferably in logistics, records management, or a related industry).Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and precision.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
