Overview Full job description $35.69/hr – Waipahu The Highlights: + Guaranteed Pay:(Hukipau) If you finish in less than 10 hours, you still get paid for 10 hours. + $35.69/hr for the first 10 shift hours(your base hourly pay rate will be $26.94, plus an additional $0.25 hourly night shift premium, and a daily quality pay incentive of $85.00 per day, equating to $8.50 per hour for the first 10 shift hours), subject to appropriate tax withholdings and deductions, payable in accordance with the Company’s normal weekly payroll cycle. Operates diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination trucks to transport and deliver products. Drives truck to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicles in difficult situations, such as narrow passageways. Inspects trucks for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck conditions. Maintains driver log according to DOTregulations and other federal and company required records/logs. May be required to perform product backhaul when returning from dispatched route. Unloads/loads product at store with assistance from store personnel. Qualifications Qualifications Required of this Position: + ValidCDL Alicense + Proven experience as a delivery driver. + Proficient in drivingtractor-trailersandcommercial vehicles. + Familiarity withrefrigerated trailers. + Ability tosafely unload freight. + Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accountability. + Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, hands-on role. + Excellent interpersonal skillsand comfort interacting with customers in a positive, friendly manner.
