Our client, a logistics and cargo handling company, is looking for a Warehouse Associate / Class C Driver to join their team in San Leandro, CA. This dual-role position involves operating a Sprinter Van for local deliveries and pickups throughout the San Francisco Bay Area while also supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Sprinter Van for local deliveries and pickups across the Bay Area.Load and unload cargo, including high-value, refrigerated, and TSA-regulated airfreight.Perform warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, moving materials, and general labor tasks.Ensure timely, accurate, and secure deliveries and pickups.Follow all company, DOT, and federal safety regulations, including TSA requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and follow routing and delivery instructions closely.Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to support efficient workflows.

Requirements:

Valid California Class C Driver’s License held for at least 3 years.Clean DMV record (minor infractions acceptable).Ability to pass TSA and TWIC background checks.Hazmat certification required.Legally authorized to work in California.Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform strenuous tasks throughout the shift.Previous experience in both driving and warehouse operations preferred.Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Pay & Schedule:
