Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Days Driver/Custodian to work at Arboretum Village located at 8141 Farnam Drive, Omaha, NE 68114. Arboretum Village has 145 independent living apartment homes.
This position will pay up to $18.31/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills RequiredWhat You Will Do
Schedule and transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities. The responsibilities of this job include safely operating a motor vehicle, scheduling routes, maintaining vehicles, carrying luggage, and assisting residents boarding and exiting vehicles. Performs light cleaning and custodial duties in common areas.
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED is required.
One (1) year of chauffeuring or related experience is preferred.
Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement
Valid Driver’s license is required.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Acceptable Driving Record
Hiring is contingent on successfully passing a DOT Medial Exam and obtaining DOT Medial Examiner’s Certificate.
