We are hiring Flex Drivers to support our gated retirement community. The Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and employees of the facility.

Shifts needed: Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays

12pm -8:00pm4:00pm -12:00am6:00am - 4:00pm

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $16.50 - $18.20 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Shift differentials include:

$0.25 hourly for evening shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

$0.50 hourly for night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)

How you will make an impact:

Transporting residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled, and unscheduled appointmentsOperating vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps, and liftsOperating non-CDL passenger buses, vans, and sedansHelping to maintain the cleanliness of vehiclesPreparing vehicles for usage, including performing pre & post-trip vehicle inspections, refueling, and other related tasksLogging and tracking vehicle usage.Assisting passengers with boarding and off-boarding from the vehicleCompleting of incident reports regarding mechanical failure or accidents involving Company vehicles

What you will need:

Driver must be a minimum of 21 years of age to drive. Valid State driver’s license. This license must be maintained as a condition of employment.Must possess or be able to obtain prior to starting, a current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner’s Certificate indicating successful completion of a D.O.T. Physical Examination. This certificate must be maintained as a condition of employment.A positive attitude and willingness to work with the older populationAbility to operate Community vehicles safely; to include non-CDL passenger buses and sedans, demonstrated by successful completion of a road testAbility to operate vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts, including securement systemsMinimum of three 3 years of verifiable driving experience as noted through a driving record check.
