Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide daily guidance and assistance to assigned driver support specialists and/or supervisors.

Oversee Driver Support for assigned area ensuring appropriate staffing levels and operating within budget constraints.Ensure assigned employees have career development plans that provide the organization with strong bench strength for future leaders and specialized individual contributors.Ensure processes and procedures meet organizational requirements and are accurately utilized by Driver Support Specialists.Assist in the development and implementation of department and team goals.Monitor productivity, encourage engagement and provide clarification of goals.Ensure management defined metrics are adhered to during assigned shift.Coordinate with leadership and assist in staff scheduling.Update all Kronos times and monitor for accuracy.Assist with Comdata and dispatch problems as necessary.Assist with fuel and routing issues of drivers.Promote driver safety at all times.Assist with emergency situations issues where law enforcement is involved and/or issues that involve driver compliance.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

2+ years related experience in call center and/or transportation operations required.Previous project management experience preferred.Previous experience working in Transportation/Logistics industry preferred.Associates or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must be proficient in all products within the Microsoft Office SuiteMust possess excellent communication skills.Must be able to solve problems and work in high pressure situations.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Pay Range: $42,500.00 - $61,000.00 Annual
