POSITION SUMMARY:

Person in this position will be responsible for the general transportation needs of the agency. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transportation of participants to appropriate Community Based Providers. Maintain log for vehicle service. Maintenance daily of vehicles used for participant transportation. Maintain log sheet of participant transportations. Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation; and Perform all other duties as assigned.
