Driveway.com is looking for a DMV Specialist who is skilled in managing and preparing out-of-state title work. Responsibilities:
Ensure paperwork is accurately completed before submitting to the DMV.Coordinate the delivery of DMV paperwork to appropriate vendors or state DMV offices.Process correction requests and communicate with customers and internal partners to obtain necessary documents.Communicate with vendors and state DMVs to obtain status updates.Follow up with internal partners regarding missing items required to submit DMV documents for processing.Coordinate the shipment of plates to customers.Provide timely and regular status updates as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:
