Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all processes in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.Demonstrate strong ownership of the Drug Supply Associate work process.Always ensure the flawless distribution of quality products.Effectively communicate with other departments to foster collaboration.Complete regular reports as required by management or clients, pertaining to relevant work areas.Maintain accurate documentation for all processes conducted or performed.Assist management in any other matters as required.Essential DutiesLogistics
Process all shipping orders in a timely manner.Manage distribution schedules strictly.Complete the distribution checklist according to project instructions.Prepare relevant documents according to country requirements and client instructions.Complete documentation and update computer systems accurately and appropriately.Proactively track and trace orders to ensure timely delivery of distribution orders, advising of any delays while maintaining visibility until completion.Communicate primarily with investigator sites regarding any issues with distribution.Coordinate shipment return requests in accordance with project requirements.Manage overseas shipments and communicate with service vendors (Patheon).Responsible for crafting shipping documents and screening denied parties via the internal system for overseas shipments.ReportingResponsible for generating monthly internal closing reports, including critical metrics (OPS, DSA).Perform operation data analysis (distribution, inbound/outbound, etc).ProcurementManage shipping material inventory (TTU, shipment boxes, buffering, etc).Responsible for the procurement of operation materials.Support in Project ManagementUpdate contact listings, checklists, and generate and compile reports as requested.Archive study files and correspond on import and export documentation.Support new study setup related to system and documentation (GPM, distribution checklist, packaging checklist, invoice, instructions, etc).Provide customized manual process support (documents, handling methods, IWRS Dispatch Tracker, etc).Vendor ManagementServe as the main communication channel with the distribution vendor for daily distribution activities.Collaborate with the distribution vendor to review important metrics on a monthly basis.Global/Local ProjectParticipate in new distribution projects to be implemented effectively in CTD Korea with the support of the Operation Manager.Minimum Requirements/QualificationsWe require an Associate degree or equivalent experience for this position.Minimum 1 year of working experience in order management.Intermediate communication skills in written and spoken English.Communication skills with internal and external partners.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Work Schedule08:00 AM to 17:00 PM core hours, additional hours as required.
