• Overall 8 to 10 years of IT experience
• Minimum 5 years of hand-on experience with Drupal 9 and 10
• Proven ability to lead a development team working on Drupal 9 and 10
• Experience with architecting solutions with Drupal 9 and 10
• Strong experience with key web technologies - Java Script, CSS, HTML5 /DHTML/XHTML, XML, Web, jQuery Services, Bootstrap, React JS
• Experience with Azure cloud and related technologies a plus
• Experience with GIT and Azure DevOps – Azure Boards
• Ability to manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing when necessary.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Dynamic team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; capable of understanding and implementing complex business requirements.
• Agile/scrum exposure is desirable
• Excellent Communication and client facing skills
• Should have good problem solving; prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking abilities
• Hard working; motivated and self-driven
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Creative thinking; ability to see things in broader context
• Open; Proactive and Result oriented
• Willing to work in shifts
• Must be able to work without much of assistance
