**Role Summary**  
Seeking an experienced Broker for our Tokyo Dry Cargo Panamax team. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Dry Cargo Broking, are highly motivated, and excel at building client relationships.
  
**Key Responsibilities**  
- Manage spot broking, COA, and period time-charter operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with global teams and liaise with shipowners and charterers.
- Grow the client base and handle shipping documentation.
- Provide market insights and trade ideas to clients.
  
**Qualifications**  
- 2-5 years in dry bulk cargo shipping.
- Proficient in English and fluent in Japanese.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
