Construction Project Manager – LAUSD High School CampusPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high school campus project within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in K-12 educational construction, familiarity with LAUSD standards and Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements, and a proven ability to manage complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Key Responsibilities:•\tOversee all phases of construction, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.•\tEnsure compliance with LAUSD, DSA, and other regulatory agency requirements.•\tCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and LAUSD representatives.•\tManage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.•\tMonitor project progress and proactively address issues to maintain schedule and budget.•\tLead on-site construction teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.•\tConduct regular site inspections and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders.•\tProvide timely and accurate reporting to Swinerton leadership and LAUSD officials.•\tSupport community engagement efforts and maintain positive relationships with school staff and local stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
