Responsibilities V2X specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. V2X is seeking a Full-time DSAMS Instructor to support our client, the Defense Security Cooperation University in Mechanicsburg, PA. This exciting opportunity will be a rewarding chance to learn and support our country in the Security Cooperation enterprise. In this position you will be providing training and instruction to the DSAMS community. This audience includes military, government and industry personnel. You will be creating and updating curriculum using learning management systems (LMS) platforms. What You'll Do: Provide instruction and training to the DSAMS community and build curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Instructional Design: Develop comprehensive and effective training for the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) for Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) Implementing Agency (IA) personnel (e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force). Training Delivery: Deliver and facilitate training utilizing a variety of instructional methods, including workshops, online courses, interactive, hands-on sessions. Content Customization: Adapt course content to suit different audiences/skill levels, and conduct training needs analyses to customize curriculum as necessary. Assessment and Feedback: Assess and refine training effectiveness through continuous evaluation and improvement. Technology Integration: Stay up to date with system updates, departmental policies, and best educational practices / learning trends to ensure training remains current and impactful. Collaboration: Communicate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure course content remains up to date and relevant. Learner Support: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to learners during and after training sessions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: BA/BS degree (or related field experience) Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, accessible information for students of various skill levels and organizational backgrounds. Technologically proficient with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Experience: Experience with Security Cooperation (SC), Security Assistance (SA), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Building Partner Capacity (BPC), and/or International Military Education Training (IMET) programs is a strong advantage. Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard). Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Creative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology in education. Other Requirements: Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Skills & Technology Used Software: Cornerstone on Demand Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook SharePoint Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment. The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. USD$95,000 - $105,000 Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
