Your Team's Impact

The Data Solutions Client Engagement group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet’s DataFeed products.  Through our industry leading content delivery platform clients seamlessly access organized and connected data that is easily discoverable, explorable, and complimentary to both public and proprietary data. Our aim is to streamline our client’s internal processes with FactSet data delivery via databases, programming languages, and web services.  Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solutions Specialist

What You'll Do

Serve as a partner for Client Services, contributing to the ongoing technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle.Retaining, and growing our DSO specialty products for our clients, acting as a leader in resolving high-stakes technical challenges that require a seasoned approach and innovative solutions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive technical client success outcomes that involve multiple departments.Educate clients about new features and enhancements and how they can be leveraged to support their business needs.Gather client feedback on DSO speciality product usage and translating client needs and requests to the product management and development teams.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in finance, information systems, economics, business administration, mathematics or similar field3+ years of implementation or client facing experienceStrong project management skills/organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projectsTechnical knowledge requirements preferred: Microsoft SQL, Python, Jupyter NoteBooks, API’s
