In this role, you will also have the opportunity to learn asset management & engage in strategic management of software technology to ensure compliance. **YOUR IMPACT:** + With support of a senior administrator, provides day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the application and infrastructure environment through system upgrades and performance management + Foundational understanding of network, operating systems, servers, security, and application management lifecycle + Foundational system configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades to optimize performance + Monitors performance of the application/platform across release implementation, product deployments, and post-release testing + Working on small projects and operational tasks + Comply with processes, policies, standards and measurements to help company manage its IT asset portfolio + Work with vendor management to assist with optimizing technology spend ​ **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + High School Diploma or equivalent working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related area for the entire duration of the internship + Student in a Sophomore standing or greater. + Willing to travel or relocate to an Oshkosh, WI location for the duration of the 2025-2026 year-round internship. **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:** + Strong understanding of IT procurement, and vendor management. + Knowledge of suppliers and supply markets + Written and verbal communication, customer service, adaptability, resiliency, critical thinking skills **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $37.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
