Job Summary

Managing DT compliance, cost, and delivery of DT systems/services/projects in Philippines and remote heritage BE sites while ensuring alignment with RTX/Collins Digital strategic plans as well as allocated sites’ strategic plans

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage vendors, contracts and internal customer relationships to ensure business application and infrastructure needs are effectively supported.Ensure proper functioning of information systems and timely resolution of issues to meet service level agreement.Oversee the planning, installation and maintenance of local systems and components.Assists with the scoping and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions while ensuring that they are supportable, aligned with RTX/Collins Digital strategic road maps, and not reliant on single point supportEnsure DT Infrastructure and Applications controls are in compliance with DT policies and SOX requirementsOwn and manage DT issues and solutions to completionDrive the continuous improvement of DT systems/services with the use of CORE toolsCollaborate effectively with Enterprise DT Organization to leverage DT applications and resources to effectively support and deliver solutionsManage and support local entities’ DT projects to ensure the business requirements and milestones are met with alignment to RTX/Collins strategic plansAssists/backup the duties of reporting manager where required
