To strengthen our Digital Technology (DT) team, based in Braine-l’Alleud or at our HQ, in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: DT Lead - QA Analytics.
This global role in Digital Technology focuses on Analytics, Automation and AI solutions (including GenAI) applied to Quality Assurance (QA) systems and processes. The position leads the strategy for these solutions, driving the digital transformation within global quality. It involves managing programs and platforms that leverage business processes, data, and innovative technologies to enhance QA operations. The role also provides expert insights on the technology and architecture of the various systems in scope, ensuring timely deliverables.
A key responsibility is mastering the data model of QA systems and ensuring compliance with UCB's Data Strategy. By understanding QA business processes, data, and technology, this role fosters strong stakeholder relationships to bring solutions to life. Collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance System experts, ITSO, and other departments, the role drives the industrialization of these solutions.
Additionally, the position ensures development and maintenance of these solutions in compliance with GxP standards and regulatory requirements. Successful delivery involves working with various IT teams, including app engineering, security, and testing. The role ensures readiness for regulatory inspections and audits and supports audit responses as necessary.
What you’ll do
Lead the data analytics, and GenAI strategy for UCB’s Quality Assurance (QA) while collaborating with Digital Technology and Global Quality stakeholders and staying updated on technology trends.Manage projects to develop and implement Analytics and AI solutions. Manage project resources, including subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project charters, covering cost, scope, schedule, quality, and business measurements. Implement communication plans and risk management strategies, collaborating with change management to ensure user acceptance.Support and maintain QA Analytic solutions as IT system Owner in compliance with UCB procedures and GxP regulatory requirements.Leverage QA system’s data model to enhance data utilization across domains and support traditional and advanced analytics and AI.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expertise in Data Analytics; knowledge of Veeva Vault is a plus.Skilled in identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions, with strong digital literacy.Skilled in project management, experience in a GxP regulated environment is a plus.Ability to operate effectively in a culturally diverse, matrix organization, with an understanding of UCB’s culture. Accountable, proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset, strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented approach; fluent in business English and skilled in communication at all organizational levels.
