WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The DTC Retail Planner position is a vital role in our Direct to Consumer (DTC) channel and will be responsible for building financial sales, gross margin, and inventory plans for both pre-season and in-season time periods.
Present monthly category level open-to-buy processCreate and maintain annual, seasonal and monthly merchandise plansProvide strategic buy quantities to Buying teamAnalyze current data and trends to identify risks and opportunities to business and recommend strategies to achieve financial sales goalsMaximize opportunities through key item programsDevelop, maintain and update tools/reports to support the needs of the businessPartner with cross functional partners to implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategiesReview new store floor plans to ensure ideal presentation levels are metProvide pricing and promotional recommendationsPerform other duties as assignedWHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum of 5+ years of DTC Retail Planning or relevant work experienceCurious, innovative, strategic and results drivenStrong analytical, verbal and communication skillsHighly proficient in Retail Math and ExcelPassionate about analyzing information and identifying risks and opportunitiesAbility to work in a results-oriented team environmentTakes initiative to drive business and think outside of the boxThis is a hybrid position requiring hours out of our HQ in Costa Mesa, CALIBERATED PERKS:

The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $70,000 - $80,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
