Summary:

As a Case Manager on the team, you will assist Vivint DTH Sales Representatives and customers with creating, disputing, and fulfilling requests associated with Vivint’s DTH Buyout and Doorbell exchange programs. We take great pride in doing quality work with a sense of urgency to help our sales representatives and customers transition smoothly from other security companies to Vivint.

Primary Responsibilities:

Investigate/research customer inquiries or disputes regarding the DTH buyout or doorbell exchange programs. Assist Vivint customers and sales representatives with fulfilling, addressing, and creating/denying a buyout or doorbell exchange.  Document customer and sales representative interactions. 

Required Skills:

Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)Friendly disposition – White glove customer serviceExcellent problem-solving skills to determine the best plan of actionMust be able to multitask while using different internal programsAbility to adapt to system/process changes quickly while retaining new informationKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not necessarily required.

Required Education/Experience:

High School Graduate, GED, or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to pass a background checkBe able to type a minimum of 35 wpmIf already a Vivint employee, currently meeting all department performance expectations. Cannot be on any form of a final write-up (behavioral, attendance, etc.) Been in the current position for a minimum of 90 days.

WORKING CONDITIONS:   

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
