Primary Responsibilities

Manage DTPJ Tech Service & Quality Assurance team for JV objectiveStay close with customers to solve their problems and to create value for the resultsReduce customer TPR through continuous improvement with OperationEstablish collaboration relationship with technology leader & influencers at customersWork as liaison between DTPJ and Global ES Tech team & Quality to strengthen Nomex® value proposition

Lead R&D project within JV & work as a global project team member to deliver the results.
