Our Energy & Utilities business has an opportunity for a Dual trade Hazardous Area Electrician and Instrumentation technician to join our project team in Roma Queensland. As part of the team you will be required to assist with the critical installation of a new Gas Compressor.

Some of the key responsibilities include

Electrical testing of instruments and cabling Hazardous areas installation  Cable installations and terminations  Carry out HA inspection reports  Electrical testing of instruments and cabling

 

About you

Fully qualified electrician with a current QLD Electrical Licence and CPR/LVR Qualified in Instrumentation  Hold a Hazardous Areas certification  A current gas test atmosphere ticket  Working at heights ticket (desirable)  Understanding of SLD, P&ID & Schematic wiring diagrams and knowledge of AS3000 wiring standards committed to safety and the wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues Good communication skills, ability to work well independently or as part of a team
