Duck Creek Developer Senior or Lead

As a Duck Creek developer senior or leadin our IT Commercial Lines (ITCL) Strategy, Architecture, Planning team, you'll partner and collaborate with our business partners, developers, architects, and enterprise teams to innovate, advance, and promote our ITCL technologies. In this role, you'll consult with architects and the business to experiment, learn, and implement Duck Creek centric work. As a part of the role, you’ll provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership and will lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge within our ITCL community.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of four years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applicationsIn lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experienceIn lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

Duck Creek application and/or engineering developmentProficiency in Angular, C#, .NET, Front end scripting languages, SQL, APIsExperience creating roadmaps, architectural planningStrong communication and experience partnering with business and ITKnowledge of Commercial Lines (CL) industry and/or CL Duck Creek implementations

Compensation

$105,000-$153,000/year(depending on position level and experience)Gainshare bonus up to 30% or 40%(depending on position level)of your eligible earnings based on company performance
