Requirements: + Proven experience in residential duct cleaning (2+ years preferred). + HVAC Trade School and/or Certificate Program completion. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. + Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. + Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. + Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork components. + Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for duct cleaning. + Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. + Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment.
