Due Diligence Integration (DDI) Manager

Location: Remote (multiple locations considered)

Linde Gas Equipment Inc. issearching for a DDI Manager to join our team. TheManager, Due Diligence Integrationwill report to and assist the Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions in managing Linde’s due diligence and integration activity. This position is responsible for growing business through acquisition while optimizing profitability and driving productivity through successful integration of acquired companies.

This position requires that the Integration Manager manage on a cross-functional basis throughout the Linde organization. For example, on a typical project, the Integration Manager will work with the business, law, tax, treasury, accounting, technology, safety, environmental, human resources and other required departments within the Linde organization. If necessary, the Integration Manager will also manage outside professionals throughout the transaction and integration process.

What you will be doing:

Develops and executes strategic growth and marketing plans.Assumes accountability for success in any and/or all of the following areas: safety, operational discipline, sales, finance, technology, marketing and business development, project management and field operations.Coordinate all aspects of due diligence required for timely successful acquisitions for Linde: Financial, Human Resources, Safety Environmental, Operations (Production, Distribution, Compliance), and Sales Marketing.Compile a written process document that delineates the comprehensive set of tasks and timelines involved in an effective due diligence.Author all Due Diligence Reports in a manner that is comprehensive, timely, and enabling of quick strategic decision making by senior management.Manage Post-Closing Accounting (e.g., "Hold-Backs") to ensure contractual agreements and commitments are met.Oversee the Integration of the acquired employees and operations.Other duties as required.
