Dupixent Dermatology Customer Engagement Manager

Main responsibilities: As a Dupixent Dermatology Customer engagement manager, responsible for the management and performance of DUPIXENT’s dermatology indications by developing strategies which will unlock the potential of Dupixent with approved indications in dermatology (AD&PN) and differentiate the product with competitive advantages based on clear understanding of the corporate objectives and the healthcare environment. This position will focus on uncovering growth potential of Atopic dermatitis (AD) & Prurigo nodularis (PN) via HCP promotion, multi-channel engagement, disease educational campaigns.

1)Develop and implement Dupixent marketing/operation plan.

Understand dermatology market based on comprehensive research and cross-functional intelligence.

Articulate the key issues & opportunities and develop the brand strategy & execution plan.

Draw and revisit customer journey based on deep understanding of the driver/barriers with Dupixent in dermatology indications.

Collaborate with brand team to optimize tactical decisions and execution.

2) Maximize performance for Atopic Dermatitis & Prurigo Nodularis market.

Create and execute branded/unbranded campaigns framework of omnichannel prioritizing the utilization of glocal contents.

Plan and execute HCP educational events seamlessly, engaging key KOLs and societies in joint with the cross-functional team.

Deliver key initiatives which addresses Dupixent leadership in dermatology market.

3) Excel in Sales collaboration

Support sales team on immediate query handling and KOL engagements.

Lead sales team training for the up-to-date market intelligence & knowledge.

Support sales team practice to personalize customer engagement and quantify engagements, performance. Leverage AI tools in commercial execution.

Main requirements

1) Core competencies:

Ability to drive “Paradigm Change”

Knowledge of marketing, business principles and pharm business environment

Ability to communicate and disseminate medical information effectively by engaging multi channels

Strategic thinking and analytic rigor

Problem solving skills and resilience

Strong winning mindset to excel the competition, leading the market

Good interpersonal relationship for building partnership with KOLs

Strong collaborative ability and dedication to team accomplishment

Drive to succeed (individually and as a team) with a strong work ethic and project management skill.

2) Experience:

Preferred to have > 2-year experience in Pharmaceutical business in commercial area  (strong preference on customer engagement experience especially sales)

Preferred to have familiarity with dermatology TA or immunology

Preferred to have multi-channel marketing knowledge/experience

3) Soft skills: Track record in achieving result, cross-functional collaboration, Learning agility

4) Technical skills: Excellence in MS Excel, Powerpoint (as mandatory)

5) Education: University or college graduated/ Preferred major: pharmacy, biology or business

6) Languages: Fluent in Korean, English
