**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Execute the analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhere to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
+ Document technical data generated by the assigned projects consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
+ Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas
+ Review data provided by suppliers and stakeholders against engineering requirements and present findings for final concurrence.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Undergraduate (3rd/4th year), master's, or doctorate (not completed) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
+ Good command of English & Turkish (reading/writing) with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
+ Proficient in MS Office Skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
+ Eager to learn, open to communication, self-motivated, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ Team player and collaborative with a strong interest in growing a technical career.
+ Basic understanding of gas turbine engines and motivated to learn new disciplines as required.
+ Fundamental understanding of mechanical design and at least one finite element and modeling tool (e.g., ANSYS, Unigraphics, SolidWorks).
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills, eager to learn continuously and share lessons learns with team.
