What success looks like in this role:
Participates in the spectrum of HR activities such as supporting the employee lifecycle processes for Hungarian region
Document archiving, organize and maintain both physical and digital records according to the company’s document management system
Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard
Provides support with HR administrative tasks as well
Participates in projects, comes up with new ideas
Supports mainly the employees in Hungary but also assists back-up activities for other countries within EMEA region if needed
Builds productive internal / external working relationships
Keeps contact with local and global stakeholders
You will be successful in this role if you have:
What makes you a perfect match for this position:
HR degree is an advantage, strong interest in HR
Must have excellent English AND Dutch language skills
Experience in multinational (or SSC) environment is an advantage
High levels of competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Confident analytical and multitasking skills, ability to assess data
Detail-orientated and able to work in a highly structured manner
