Job Description Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible to supervise the daily operations, maintenance and repairs of entire hotel facilities including physical plants, engineering facilities, equipment and machinery
Respond to day to day maintenance requests from guests and cope with emergency and severe situation
Monitor the working conditions of all electrical and mechanical equipment
Work with contractors to coordinate constructions, remodeling projects, maintenance and renovations works throughout the hotel
RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Qualification and proven work experience in building maintenance
Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
