QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related course Preferrably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel Has understanding and can operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and water systems Must be systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with keen eye fo details Has excellent problem-resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, OPERA System and other relevant sotware/applications Has good time management skills

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas Immediate response to equipment breakdowns Provide in-depth analysis and preparation of well-sound Engineering/Technical Reports
