Brief Job Description:
Perform day to day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas.
Immediate response to equipment breakdowns
Provide in-depth analysis and preparation of well-sound Engineering/Technical Reports
Required Skills:
Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel.
Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.
Systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with keen eye for details and active listening skills.
Knowledgeable in MS office, OPERA System and other relevant software/applications
Good time management skills
Educational background:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
