About the Opportunity 

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Duty Managers to join our Operations team at Coppabella.

This position is permanent night shift, responsible for the continual monitoring of all Civeo’s Accommodation and Behavioural policies and procedures, regularly checking in with departments and facilities (Buildings) throughout the villages, and regular inspections of the village/surroundings.  

This position will also be required to respond to emergency situations throughout the village and conduct welfare check at the request of Village Management.

About You 

To be successful, you will have: 

Demonstrated relevant work experience in a management or supervisory level role within the commercial hospitality industry  Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or hospitality discipline (desirable)   Certificate II in Security Operations (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)  A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (RMLV preferred)   Advanced First Aid certificate (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)  The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening  A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain  Unrestricted Australian Work rights  Passion for staff training and development  Excellent computer and administrative skills   Highly developed financial analysis skills  Exceptional communication and negotiation skills  Experience with accommodation software packages (preferably RMS9)   Remote work experience (highly regarded)  Current Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)
