Duty Manager
Astoria Hotels & Resorts
Monitor and coordinate all the hotel operational functions within the property
Provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that the standards are maintained
Ensures that all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions
Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times
Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints
Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival
Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implements actions to improve results
Ensures the safety and security of all guests and colleagues guided by the emergency procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
