Description:

We are seeking an experienced Drilling with Casing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will operate in a hybrid setting, requiring time both in the office and the field.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate drilling with casing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with drilling engineers, field supervisors, and contractors to optimize operational performance. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for drilling with casing challenges. Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) protocols during all operations. Monitor and analyze drilling performance, recommending improvements as needed.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in drilling with casing operations. Diploma or equivalent in relevant field. At least 3 years in a supervisory role within drilling with casing projects. Strong knowledge of Drilling With Casing, Drilling with Casing Bit, wellbore stability, and operational best practices. Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
