**Overview**
Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking a **Defense Waste Process Facility (DWPF) Operations Program and Support Coordinator** to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS).

The **DWPF** **Operations Acceptance Checklist (OAC), and Temporary Modification (TMOD) Coordinator** tracks, coordinates, OAC activities, and temporary modifications for assign areas/facilities. Additionally, the DWPF Operations Program and Support Coordinator will support operational programs.
**Responsibilities**
Initiates the OAC and coordinates activities through engineering and facility management acceptance:
+ Initiates the checklist
+ Consolidates key information or impacts from reviewers
+ Ensures impact activities are included in facility schedule/database
+ Schedules and supports Construction turnover packages.
+ Works with Engineering and Construction to package designs for turnover
+ Performs the Final Acceptance Inspection (FAI) walkdown and documentation.
+ Completes the OAC process per SW6-V2, Liquid Waste Facility Operations Administrative Procedure
+ Maintains the electronic OAC (eOAC) database
Responsible for following Temporary Modification (TMOD) coordination per site procedures:
+ Coordinates the TMOD process
+ Issues TM numbers
+ Ensures impact activities are included in facility schedule/database
+ Posts and removes TMODs
+ Maintains TM log and official document control file
Assists in/Leads facility Issue Investigations:
+ Schedule facility issue investigations, notifies all personal requiring attendance.
+ Facilitates issue investigation meetings and issue investigations.
+ Drafting final reports from the meeting for approval.
Assists in operation’s administration of the site’s corrective action database:
+ Assists in contractually required Operations self-assessments.
+ Assists in independent self-assessments identified by management.
+ Reviews and provides feedback on completed assessments to ensure performance objectives are satisfied, properly completed, and quality standards are met and closes out assessment reports.
+ Ensures findings and opportunities for improvement from assessments are identified and entered into corrective action tracking system.
+ Reviews and provides input into the development of the Annual Assessment plan
+ Manages issues assigned to Operations in the Site Tracking, Analysis, and Reporting database (STAR).
+ Reviews closed STAR issues for the completeness and performs effectiveness reviews.
+ Participates in Apparent/Root Cause Analyses when needed.
Additional:
+ Serves as Operation Labeling Coordinator
+ Serves as Department of Records Contact for Operations
+ Serves as Operations representative for facility Plan of the Week (POW) schedule meetings.
+ Serves as Operations representative for facility project team meetings.
Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
**High School Diploma/GED and practical work experience in plant operations/maintenance, project, or technical area as defined in the job description.**
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Associate's degree
+ Ability to understand and interpret various electrical and mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings and schematics
+ General knowledge of Technical Safety Requirements purpose importance
+ General knowledge of site work control procedures and work practices and procedures for Operations Acceptance Checklist requirements
+ General knowledge of site work control procedures and work practices and procedures for Temporary Modification requirements
+ General knowledge of general or specific safety, environmental, regulatory, safeguards, security, emergency preparedness programs, policies, practices and guidelines
+ General knowledge of schedules and schedule integration including support resources required to accomplish tasks
+ Issue Investigator Director qualification
+ Self-Assessor qualification
+ Rad Worker 1 qualification
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Located in Aiken, South Carolina, SRMC is a limited liability company formed by nuclear operations and environmental remediation global leaders BWXT, Amentum, and Fluor. **Minimum Pay**
USD $65,700.00/Yr.
**Maximum Pay**
USD $118,300.00/Yr.
